Shipping & Refund Goods Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Orders can take 3-5 days for production. Orders are then shipped out via USPS which can take an additional 5-7 days. Most of the time it's sooner, if you live in, or around, H-town. Please expect a 7-10 day delivery time from the time you purchase - don't worry, it's worth it!
Houstoned.com consists of products that are primarily made to order. This means once you place your order, our team here in H-town will print your item within 24-48 hours. A quality control check is made, and then on the following business day, your package will be sent out for shipping.
Returns and exchanges. Doesn't fit? No problem, we got you! We want you to be completely satisfied, so we will gladly accept any exchange for a different size. If you need an exchange, the buyer must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the item via email at info@houstoned.com. Once you receive confirmation from us, we will work on printing and shipping an all new item and provide you with an address to ship back the original item. Both returns AND exchanges must be within 14 days of receiving your item, no exceptions.
